You can have a live chat with your government representative everyday for a period of 2 hrs from 09:00am to 11:00 am and raise any issues, concerns or requests you may have on any government services. You should be a registered user to be able to chat with the representative.
The Chat service can be accessed on the portal's bottom right section as indicated in the following diagram:
